The Hillywood Show: Best Twilight Parody and MORE

Two Chicks and ONE Camera?!

In the world of humorous musical parodies I’m sure most would agree that Weird Al is the king. However, it may be time for his comedic reign to come to an end. Well, he’s going to have to at least share the spotlight! If you haven’t heard of or seen The Hillywood Show parodies you are missing out my friends.

What?

The Hillywood Show features parodies of popular movies set to music. These "music videos" are visually stunning and well put together as well as funny and dead on target. They have done Twilight, Sweeney Todd, Pirates of the Caribbean, Edward Scissor Hands (big Johnny Depp fans apparently!) Beetle Juice, and more. The show has also just finished their parody of the newest Twilight movie New Moon.

Who?

The Hillywood Show is produced, directed and stars two young sisters (Hilly and Hannah Hindi) and their cast of colorful characters. It began when Hilly entered a video in an AOL contest and came out third out of 100,000 entries. That snow balled into what is now The Hillywood Show. The two sisters fund their show as well and come up with costumes, do make-up, and choreograph the dancing. Not only that, they film their videos with one camera and also do all the editing. If you have seen one of the videos then you understand how amazing this is. If you haven’t, you’re going to have to sit back and watch the comedic and choreographic genius of these sisters.
