The Insane Lane of Politics

Spotlight

Spotlight

What is it about the spotlight?

that folks always find intriguing?

You can find your own identity

within yourself, like the days of being in

your mother's womb.

our thought, our insights,

of whom we are, and our abilities to feel good.

the majority of us craves the spotlight.

because we think, we are worthy

however, you don't have to worry.

Some folks egos feed for praise

on the other hand, they just pomposity

We all are fabulous human beings

we are who we are,

in most cases, no approval needed.

This goes for Sarah Palin

and here running mate John Mc.Clain

An old typhoon on his way out

and his breathe taking inspiring feline

who cannot seem to shout her mouth.

This country needs more than spotlighting,

or coma flashing, we need strong intellectual leadership

at a presidential level, not only to draw unpredictable crowds,

however, at this time an age,

we need more than Alaskans fantasies.

As citizen, we need more than a reality shows,

we need the key to success and that is

one percent inspiration and 99 percent leadership

moreover, neither of them seem to process it.

To get United States of America back to its original state.

So, stop franchising for the spotlight,

in addition, think intelligently

for the future of this country

before all the citizens end up in the same lane

The insane lane of politically incorrect.

We have that leadership in the whitehouse right now. Obama is well respected in the international political arena. The rest of the world sees hope for this country and those on the right are ready to believe Harold Camping. Every goal not met the repubs point out is something they worked overtime on blocking. Why are they so afraid of trying what Obama wants. If it didn't work he would have been out of the next election anyway. They are afraid what he suggests will work and cost thewrong people some corporate welfare. Every acomplishment by Obama is disregarded. The right may be correct about evolution, they do seem to be stuck in the monkey phase. See No Truth, Hear No Truth, Speak No Truth variety of monkeys that is.

Awesome!

Indeed we do need more than Alaskan fantasies (although those may be nice) and reality shows. We do have more than those though; why is then everyone stuck in the garbage of the main-stream corporate media, believing the lies?

Great poem. Cheers!

One day this country is going to bounce back, however, in the meantime, we have to make our voices be heard, even if it with a political and ecomonic expression (poetrywrting) thank u for stopping and commenting

I don't follow politics much but I think this applies to all "attention seekers". You can only find yourself within yourself, and only when that's done can you lead others to do the same...

Hello Majadez not everyone is into politics, however, but sometimes as i mention before we have to let off some steam, or as the saying political and ecomonic expression.

You have expressed yourself well here. Unfortunately, whether some of us choose to follow it or not, it affects us all.

Great poem. We don't get intelligent leadership because, unfortunately, it's usually the psychopathic personalities that make it to the top. So, so much for that. I rarely care anymore what politicians do, they're all nuts and most don't see it.

God is not included, which is why both sides lose. The right and the left.True Christians don't vote nor holds with Politics.Impostors of a Christian are the ones that you see getting involve. They are the outcast.

There is no righteousness. They all tell lies to get in the seat.Evidence speak for itself. My knowledge is

According to the bible.2 Tim 2 v 4No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life.

It is a difference between Church and state,it should like oil and water. So that each can get its own glory without mixing and mangling, which only makes the water even dirtier.

I enjoyed this read Darknlovely, Still I feel that the President is but a figurehead and the Dollar is king and big business rules over all, leaving the poor more lost each day.
