The Magic Of The Holidays - A Poem

The Magic Of The Holidays

These are the times that life seems so far gone,

Branches frozen within the snow

But still our voices light up with song

And our surroundings full of joyful souls.

These are the times that things seem dead

The grass covered in white

But the negativity we still shed

And we still find the light.

These are the times the sky is dark

The sun comes to shine so rare

But with in our hearts there is a spark

Things seem so fair.

This is the magic of the holidays,

We find the joy, we find the care

We sing with peace, we sing with praise

We smile, we dance and we share.

This is the magic of the holidays.
