Start thinking with just one thought
Develop that thought like it was the only one you have in your mind
Work it
Make every thought you think after focused on just that same thought
Make lists of ideas so later you can think and expand on every new thought
For now stay focused and concentrate
Bring every emotion you have into play
Feel the energy travel through your body like a fast moving train
You have one destination and one goal in mind
Create your new world around such a thought
Any thought that leads you away dismiss
You are not one to stray
Feel confident and sure of yourself and what you are doing is right
Positive thoughts bring postive results
Negative thoughts can only bring you down and cause harm
You are expanding your life and all the thoughts that come after
Example time
I want to exercise
That is my first thought
Now I will focus on exercise like it is the only thought in my mind
Why haven't I done it lately
No time
That could be true
Maybe I just didn't want to
What are the real reasons behind what I think
In the past week I can't believe I didn't have the time to exercise
Not even once a week
I find it boring
O.k. now we are getting somewhere
The truth comes out
I don't want to go to the gym and work out then have to go get a shower
Lazy again
I am comfortable
I can do it another time
Well all this is true
Now lets think of why we exercise
To stay healthy and live a long life
Now that we put it in the right perspective we might want to change our mind
If you don't exercise now you most certainly will pay for it later
Maybe for years to come
Lets look at it differently
What if I try to exercise just going for a walk
Then come home even after a half hour
My day will not of changed much and I still can do what I want
But my future might be changed forever
How great is that
That is something to think about
I do love a nice shower
Then maybe after a shower I will get dressed up and go out to eat
Don't forget to eat sensibly and try to pick healthy choices
We don't want to defeat our purpose
Well that's all for today and we have found new knowledge and answers we didn't know before
