The Ship of Life..a Haiku Influenced Poem

darker tides
darker tides

Storm tossed ship of life,

full of worry, full of strife.

Calmer tides we seek.

Birthright given each,

happiness we all beseech.

Harshness it does wreak.

Set sails in the sun,

hardest work is then begun.

No world for the meek.

Reaching calmer shore,

despite harsh storming, its roar.

Life is not so bleak.

Calmer shore
Calmer shore

What an inspirational poem here. Yes, we all have to go through those storms in this life. However, life is still awesome and all we have to do is look around. Stunning photo and simply beautiful art.

Voted up ++++ and sharing

God bless you. In His Love, Faith Reaper

Even though the grass isn't always greener on the other side, it could well be sunnier. Very nicely done. Your art is always an inspiration, too.
