The anger management poem
the next time you feel like burning someone alive please read this
The rage and despair flow inside
Claiming the extra vigorous hate that I hide
It was been crawling for quite a long while
The pain, revulsion, and resentment by time pile
Stop! Breathe in and out take control!
You don’t have to lose your sanity and all
The next time you feel like incinerating a fellow
Read those tips to help you think clearly and follow
Look around in this vast world! Know that you aren’t alone
You can share anger with a friend. Don’t repress it on your own
You have to think positive look at the bright side
You are the commander in chief in this ride
Relax, please. We do value our lives, reevaluate the situation
Since anger is a dangerous emotional state of irritation
As an angry person we tent to alienate and irritate people
Restrain your anger and people don’t humiliate
Anger makes us jump into conclusions
Change your location to rid yourself of possible irritations
Breathe! Take control
You know you can do it all
Anger is a normal reaction that kills a conversation
Now you are equipped to overcome frustration
