Their time is soon

Lover's Embrace

Source

Their time is soon

Sweet scents fill the air as, roses mist their essence in the tiny room

Ever watchful of the clock, he knows their time will surely be soon

Thinking, hoping, and praying for the special time to come for them

When they shall start a new life that they know will never end

Circumstance has kept them separated by distance, while living far away

Still, their love grows stronger and greater with every passing day

Little letters, dreamy poems and a dream they share with all their might

Looking forward to the day when they can share their hearts at night

Holding one another without any intentions of possibly ever letting go

Making love beneath the seasons, flowers, beaches, leaves and snow

Their dream, is shared of the day when they can always be together

Until then, using notes of love, they share their hearts with, one another

Thank you so much Hopeful Poet...dreaming of true love and that longing to hold one another is very hard but so satisfying when it happens.
