Thoughts Creeping In – a Tribute to My Fellow Hubbers

Thoughts creeping in

Joining the Journey

To the center

Of my Mind.

Questions seeking answers

Weave through

Reflective Moments

Of Time.

The answers I seek

The questions I pose

Are intertwined

In the

Reach

For

My Dream.

As the strokes of my pen

Strive to meet

The Momentum

Of my Mind,

The Dream

Is much closer

Than

Once it seemed.

On this wonderful

Journey,

My self as my guide

The highway

To my dream

Is a fabulous ride!

The sights and the smells

The warmth

That is created;

The path to my Mind

Shall not be

Abated.

Heartfelt thanks

To all who have shared.

The Pride in my Heart

Is ever aware.

This poem is for you,

Each and every one.

Your support and your stories

Your private details,

Your selfless caring

Has fueled my Drive.

What you’ve given me

Will always be appreciated

As long as I’m alive.

For, the Friends I have

Found in the HB

Creative World

Are keeping the

Dream

Alive for this little girl!

Shauna, a beautiful piece. Really loved this verse a lot. We have a stream that flows from our minds and our pens, or today , our digital taps on the computer that lag behind. I usually feel this way too.

As for the rest, the dedication is lovely. This is a wonderful forum--agreed. I have voted up and will share via Tweet and Facebook. Oh and I'd love to see your brother's artwork. Where is his site?

Robin, my brother's web address is www.danasview.com.

I'm not sure it's still up. He was having a bit of a hard time and couldn't pay the renewal when it came due. I'm ashamed to say I haven't checked it in a while.

Good luck and thank you for your awesome comment!
