To Gather and to Sew ( a poem of inspiring words)

The beautiful bounty of a single seed...
The beautiful bounty of a single seed...
Flowers faces
Flowers faces
a future with no bounds...
a future with no bounds...
A brilliance awaits us all...
A brilliance awaits us all...
Exploration... a search for the future and a new life...
Exploration... a search for the future and a new life...

Knowledge...that to be gathered, in our treks along life's way,

All the bits to make a whole, shall insure that our lives to stay.

What we've learned, we must pass on, all futures will be bright,

As we comprehend, graciously to send, to try with all our might.

What rewards, ours to empower, conveyed, as by a delicate flower,

A welcomed morning shower, their growth, magnified, by the hour.

Simplest words to have greatest meaning, and is ours to impart,

the message so sent, is our intent, comes from within the heart.

Cures for each new terrible disease, all cancer overcome, with ease,

A new strength, us to release, our determined search, never to cease.

Seeking new Worlds, we do implore, as in space ships, we may explore,

Gaining technology, all that's in store, and as our faith, to then restore,

What we sew, we then shall reap, in our own resolve, this we beseech,

The human spirit found inside each, greatest heights, we now may reach..

The harvest, of a rich bounty, so rare, we may, for our future life, to spare,

Seeds of knowledge, all is shared, our epitaphs, read, to show we cared.

There is much joy in the search for knowledge, and the rewards are great when you find and share it. Jamie

So true, what we sow, we shall reap no doubt about it! Insightful poetry.

We reap what we sow. I wish those who are doing harm to the Earth and the human race would keep that in mind. I love your positive outlook on life, whonu. You have a good heart.
