Unspoken words of amity
Have long enough eluded me
Deprived me of beauty
Hidden in crevices of obscurity
No taste of love’s true meaning
Desperate souls, forced illusions
Embellished wings for me to fly
For years I have turned a blind eye
No more use for the thief of time
Unstated confab brings new meaning
Myopia a thing of the past
A nexus born I hope will last
New life, no hidden agenda
I see blemished beauty
Acceptance of the truth
I seek nothing more………….
