WHITE PICKET FENCE

The white picket fence~

Strolls down~

The front yard~

Half boarders the~

Woods with briars~

Leaves, weeds and such.

Dirty~

Paint peeled~

Various mold and muck.

Half has clean grass~

Green as could be~

Daffodils~

Irises~

With paint white and clean.

We walk that picket fence~

All our lives~

Choosing~

Teetering~

Falling from side to side.

I have just built a white picket fence in my mind around your ravishing use of words and space.

You are a creative anomaly and it's obvious that words love you and that you have a love affair with words.

Bravo indeed!

SCREW the white picket fence! lol..

it sets expectations so high that failure is probable! Not to mention - i'd prefer my fence in FIFTY SHADES OF GREY - thank you very much!

And - MUCH HIGHER...haha

A short life-poem written very craftily, my friend - VERY well done!

voting/sharing forward

LOL___I often ImKarn23 have tippled over the wrong side of that picket fence unintentionally .... Been weathered by it greatly.... ugh
