Without friends a person would be lonely in a full room of people.
No one to talk to about things important to them.
No one to share their good times or their bad times,
Just an existance for which a mind can dwell.
Without friends to tell our troubles to we become sanile.
We make mountains out of mole hills.
Friends are the strength we depend on.
They offer different views of advice.
With a shoulder to lean on from a friends,
Our problems are only unsolved by self pity.
We build up emotions of unjustified thoughts.
We find peace and calmness in our hearts.
Where we find friends depends entirely on us.
Our family members can fill this vacancy,
If we have no other way to fill it.
A pet can be a friend that listens with no complaints,
Who will provide companionship rewardingly.
An unconditional love for a lasting friendship,
A heart filled acquaitance that is cherished forever;
For as long as we both shall live.
