Was there really a Jewish Conspiracy?
Book review by Isabella Rothchild
Hitler was right? There was a Jewish conspiracy and he knew this because Germany was offered their support and money first? This is just one of the juicy details uncovered by G. E. Eubanks during his research as he sought historically accurate information against which to stage his must-read saga of international intrigue during the early 20th century. History buffs will be pleased and Master historians will be impressed with the thorough and spicy details that set the stage in the beginning of The Roosevelt Gambit .
Eubanks’ painstaking research is evident as he weaves a web for us to untangle slowly and deliciously in his thoroughly entertaining fictionalized story. Watch for renowned villains and heroes such as Pancho Villa and Teddy Roosevelt, who, along with his own rich cast of spies, outlaws, military figures, and classic "old west" characters, fill in the landscape of this delectable novel. I particularly enjoyed the rich detail in describing the everyday life of New Mexico after the turn of the century.
Here are just a few of the tasty “What ifs” served up by Eubanks that will make you go “hmm” and conjecture about hearing more about these subjects on the next episode of “60 minutes”: What if the assassination plot to kill Roosevelt had succeeded? What if Hitler had accepted the Zionist proposal to support their war effort instead of turning it down? What if the Germans had succeeded in distracting the Americans from the joining the European front by starting a war at our southern border?
Mr. Eubanks keeps you riveted as his story unfolds, his characters will make you love and despise them, and you will be thoroughly engaged and entertained as you sink into a comfortable chair and let the fun begin.
