I reach out

With nothing to hold onto.

A dried up flower

with weak roots... dead

And grasping on to life

Reciding in a world between

Life as well as death


Wrinkling, turning brown

Willing to grab a hold of anyone's

Hand who is willing to help

End this frown.

Yet there is no hope offered,

No wish come true

And with in a matter of minutes

It is too late

The last green is long gone

Another one of God's creations...

Beautiful poem! It is always sad to me when the flowers die and the leaves fall. But at least it is a cycle and we know we will get to enjoy the flowers again in spring time. : )
