What Happens If We Were All Made Of Paper
Life Wouldn't Be So Easy
First every time I see the scissors I would run the other way
I would be light as a feather and blow in the breeze
My family and friends could of come from the tallest trees
Water would not be my friend
As it can easily turn my day
Into one that makes it easy for me to fall apart
I would be a kids best friend
They could draw on me at anytime
Paint me to give me color
Make me fancy and different
Shade me with a pencil or highlight my best assets
Once and awhile bring the eraser out to change me even more
Easy on the white out it makes me so pale
Bring me whereever you go
Traveling so much easier
The world population problem solved
You can stack us in piles or throw us in the air like leaves
One thing I would love the best
Is that all books would be saved
Because they would give us some much comfort and joy
Who knows what each page may hold
Maybe it was Roger or a Carmela
Little Tommy or Gail
A family reunion or a party
A crowd of strangers who have lost their way
Each day would be a surprise and I would have to be extra careful where I lay
