 What You Can And Cannot Eat

One of the things i have learned when it comes to food

You are told something is bad for you then you are told it is good.

First we are told of health warnings when we're having some meat

Then we're told it's alright. It's all okay to eat.

All we know of certain foods is they come in a can

Then one day it's given a worldwide ban.

We are told to cut down the booze, and stop drinking the wine

Then someone else will say keep drinking it, you're doing fine.

The experts will say they're telling you for your own good

But there seems a lot of confusion about certain food.

How can some experts say this food will be okay

Yet others in the same job will have you look the other way.

After hearing their views and giving due consideration

I'll probably still eat what i want but in moderation.
