When Souls Burst!

When Souls Burst.

"Who hears the
tears of nightfall?"
they fall silent
for so many,
who sleep the
blessed dreams of have,
and never face the
dampened dawns...
of those who
don't love any.

But tears
of nightfall
weigh upon,
the shoulders
of the lonely,
their eyes glued wide,
they take in stride,
the endless blues deluge.
with little subterfuge.

They chase above
thier kings
and queens,
the echoed hell
of empty dreams,
a vast expanse
of quilted seams,
half vacant
where once lay....

The loves they lost,
from rumpled sheets,
just pillows cold.
they're forced to greet,
in fetal curls,
they strive to meet,
some comfort zone
denied by sleep,
until the yawning day

Nightfall's tears
enhance the drums
of single heartbeats,
filled with glum,
accompanied by
the ho's and hum's,
of hell's to which
we all will come.

No one's immune
to nightfall's tears,
they wait to riegn
in distant years,
for all who loved,
....in love's not met,
their pitter-patter
brings regret...
beyond insanities of yet.

Love, love, love this stanza:

"They chase above

and queens,

of empty dreams,

a vast expanse

of quilted seams,

where once lay...."

Yep, I could eat that one!
