Whispers Of Wonder !!!
Good day one and all; I hope the weather is treating you well ;today we have sunshine so make the most of it.
Our Grandchildren Ellie and Charlie are staying for a week but are spending today and tomorrow with cousins whom they haven't seen so much of since moving away. Of course then this gives me more time on my hands and what better day to spend this time than catching up with my hubbing friends.
Dai had last Monday off work as it was a Public Bank Holiday and we took the children to Talyllyn Railway up in North Wales.
I won't give you any more details on the railway as my next hub will be on this subject itself.
Many of these next photos have been taken as the train was moving and I was surprised that they came out so well.
Anyway I hope you enjoy .
Chugging along
Onwards we go;
Through vale and dale
Such treasures on show.
x
Mountains and valleys
Fill each heart so;
I am always at one
With Nature's grand show.
x
A flowing so wondrous
Caressing yet clear;
Today to share with all
What I hold so dear.
Yesteryear
Eternal to share
Such sweetness of life
Tenacious beauties evolve
Expanse a world of beauty
Reaching the heavens
Yearning for that life
Enriched with love
A mountain of peace
Riches to share; moments to care.
Whispers
So enthralling
Each syllable astounds
Oh those magical emotions
Worked their way into my eager wisdom
Quiet volume yet so enriched
Oh so treasured each view
Those magical
Whispers.
Children's laughter
Moments to treasure;
Wondrous emotions
Are my heart's pleasure
x
The joy of young lives
So awesome such times;
The words of a child
Their world so sublime.
x
Racing with such glee
Those little legs carry;
A world o of innocence
Excited views a-starry.
x
A world to treasure
A heart full of love;
Wonders to share
On the wings of a dove.
Yesteryear's magic
Enchanted and compelling
To share with such glee.
x
Just chugging along
Singing songs of happiness
Those enchanted views.
Sweet tentacles of pleasure
as delicate as
pink/white china
tender
yet a with
a
strength
not seen
but felt.
Each dawn a comforting
almost bewitching cloak
sprinkled with magical
honeysuckle
dew drops.
Laughter
as sweet
as daybreak;
moments
as cherished
as the
noon's spell.
Evening's songs
flowing
through
each woodland
draped
with the sweetness
of nectar's
sweetness.
The sweetness of life.
Those whispers of wonder.
Well I hope you all enjoyed today's visit and tomorrow hopefully my hub on the Talyllyn Railway itself will be published.
Have a wonderful day to one and all;lots of love from my little corner of Wales.
Eddy.
