love’s tender solitude,
stroking lives with acceptance,
with the knowing of purpose,
to be alone and whole,
to be together and in blissful serenity.
Love is a cradle of connection,
a womb of exponential growth,
empowering two souls,
to meld but remain,
in the stillness of unique being.
Love is a miraculous dichotomy,
allowing life to exist
two into one, one into two.
Both support the other,
in harmonious recognition,
in sacrifice of individual need,
yet as one within the gentle arms of love.
Thoughts evolve into one,
souls emerging under a common light,
yet expression becomes radiant,
each into a separate world,
quietly and progressively fusing into one.
you are me and I am you,
and we are beyond us together,
yet another miracle of life,
bound in the loving embrace of possibility.
