Woman’s Tear (poem)

There was a flower cried a woman’s tear

The pain and sorrow someone left behind

A fairytale which destiny maligned

This tender marvel set off to revere

Amidst her scent the woeful end entwined

For any open lover’s heart to hear

For any caring hope which wanders near

Unknown tomorrows flower was resigned

Dark shrouds of clouds with harsh winds they did bear

They had no need for flower or her cries

They tossed her to the ground of empty fear

Soft were the hands that found her laying there

And raised her up to listen to her sighs

There was a flower cried a woman’s tear

Very lovely as always Mh. A lot of crying flowers lately, and so very sweet. Wonderful video too.

Voted up, awesome and beautiful

Where do you find it? Day after day, you pull this beauty from within and place it before us. So tender!

Beautiful flowers crushed and discarded litter the landscape. Love always finds them and restores them to redemption. Thanks for a lovely, lovely poem.

I have quite a bit of backtracking to do. But I have learned much from the ones I have read so far. Jamie
