World of Wonder (a poem of inspiration)
Such a Beautiful World
As the flash of brilliant lightning, it so sparks,
And with the trumpeting of mighty thunder,
The world now reveals its own true artist,
A benevolent creator of all greatest wonder.
Announcing in its triumph, loudly, so bold,
All this beauty, and is ours, now to behold,
Its value, so precious, its truth is to unfold,
More than diamonds, and all the finest gold,
Across the yellow sweep of wide open plains,
And the bluest of all tall mountains peaks,
Our eyes, are so full of the best pleasures,
As each visual beauty, every one seeks.
Rushing clear waters, for us then to behold,
As broad and wild rivers, soon, to then roll,
Deep valleys, all so lush and darkest green,
In their essences, are so pure and clean.
Majestic dawns, of orange and the reds,
Greets us then, as we rise from our beds,
Sunsets of gold and purples, all to delight,
A calming prelude to the dark of the night.
Great oceans, so green and deepest blue,
Bathe the earth, in a sustenance, its due,
Deepest jungles of thick leaves and vine,
Add a fine flavor, as a rich mellowed wine.
Brown desert's and white beaches sands,
Colors, to compliment, a palette of the lands,
Bright skies of morning and evening, adored,
As precious, rainfall, by the bucket, is poured.
This blue earth, so blessed, amid celestial skies,
As upon the watch of sun and moon, it so relies,
Bright colors, of the rainbow, to enrich our lives,
No finer gift of an artists hands, it so personifies.
