You know you're over 40 when...

Subtle clues

...You have 2 handbags. One for Summer and One for Winter.

...You write things down to remember, then forget where you left the notepad

...No one in your family DARES talk to you until you've had a cup of coffee

...You feel 50

...You begin your retirement from; Household cook, taxi driver, and amateur Doctor.

...You resume you career as a diaper changer, bottle washer, babysitter, and storyteller

...Your husband starts thinking he is 20 again.

LOL Great hub! Unfortunately, I can relate to entirely too many of them at 46!

Made me chuckle!

How about the aches and pains you never had before?

When you try and touch your toes, you realize either your arms have gotten shorter or your legs are longer than they used to be.

When guys start to hold the door open for you at the store and say "After you, Mam."

When you watch new parents and their babies and think to yourself "Why, they're just babies theirselves!"

When turning 50 - 60 - 70 - even 80 doesn't sound so far off anymore!
