Cruelty is easy for you;
You breathe it in and out like a mantra
Anger buzzes around you like flies;
Waiting to land on raw flesh
Bitterness eats at your very soul;
Like maggots consuming a corps
Resentment has castrated your heart;
Leaving you impotent, unable to impregnate a single kindness
Darkness is your mantel;
You wear it against the winds of hopelessness and despair
In the end;
You will stand broken, lost, and alone
