   I could use some help naming a lively character's alter ego, who happens to be a Femme Fatale.
   
   She is also part me. (I recently posted this request in a way that was not very clear, so I am trying again.) Whether I write a book about her remains to be seen. Basically, this character actually likes herself, but she wishes her name were more luscious... and she wishes to call upon her more exotic, luscious alter ego, from time to time  She is named after a saint, (as am I) but her name is all wrong, so she conjures up another name when she of wants to switch direction, which is more often than not. She's a humorous character: (I think this book could quite fun!) Any suggestions?

   I can understand your trouble with naming the alter ego. I have the same problem from time to time. Here are a few that could work.
   
   Miranda
   Castelle
   Tanya
   Morrigan
   Nevah
   Sybil
   Natalia
   
   I could come up with some more later if you are still not sure.

      Vega
      These are the ones I can find right away. If you decide it should start with a specific letter or be in a specific culture just let me know.

   Hi savvydating, Thanks for letting me know about the previous comment. I haddnt noticed it was gone yet, but once I had I am sure I would of been worried about why it was deleted.
   I dont remember the entirety of my previous comment, but in summary, skipping the part about Betty and Veronica, I feel you should use variations of the same name for your character/s. Using Susannah Dean from the Dark Tower by Steven King as an Example. Her original personalities Odetta Holmes and Detta Walker. These two were different aspects of the same personality, each of whom depended on the other to truly show their own character. Odetta's civility is nothing without the vulgarity that is Detta. The names are a further reflection of this, as their names both show their connection and highlight the differences between them. And I feel that for your character, using a variation upon your saints name would be the best way to show that the personalities are in fact the same person, just different accepts of them.

      Seafarer Mama, I had not thought of an animal name at all. I love it. These names sound ferocious and lovely at the same time. Wow! Thanks for another wonderful idea.. I might go with an H name, so if you have a suggestion, I'd be happy to hear it.

      Seafarer Mama, Lol, that's halarious!. Hell pretty much describes the femme fatale. Luckily for my character, she's got some saintly qualities, as well. I might go with Hyacinth for the saints name. We'll see about the other
