Lucas Jackson of Reuters, in writing about India's leader Modi's childbride, was writing aboutt how difficult it is to find out more about their marriage which family members say was never consummated. In the published article he is said to have written that (I quote) "Nobody who has spoken about it is willing to talk." I suspect he meant that nobody who has spoken about their marriage is willing to say more than the little they have said before. Perhaps an editor shortened what the writer had actually submitted. sometimes print editors are as bad as film editors.
