I once read part of Lady Chatterley once and found it boring, but I'll go back and read it all. There are lots of surprises on the list, I think.
I don't think I ever heard of that one, so thanks for the intriguing information! Amazon does not list it, that I can find. A rare book store might have it (?)
I'm not sure. It may have been banned forever and only people like me who purchased early copies might still have it. Won't hurt to check though. Try Amazon?
It's not on Amazon right now, but perhaps on EBay.
I just saw it there right before I posted the info yesterday...in fact, there were several versions available. Did you type in the correct title, "Let Me Die Before I Wake"?
OK - it's "Die"...I just looked again with the correct title and found it. Thanks!

I hope you enjoy working through your list! Perhaps you'll write a Hub on one or two favorites.
Yes, maybe I should have mentioned a link to banned books! Here we go: American Library Association. www. DOT ala DOT org/bbooks Rushdie's book is on Amazon - I just saw it recently.
Patty...I tried the link twice. It leads to yet another listing of links, about "book" but nothing about "banned books." Is it me?
(Sorry HP for full link). 2014 list of "Challenged" titles is 4th paragraph down: "Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian"; 9 more. Also www.goodreads.com/list/tag/banned
