   Looking back from today, Can you create one piece of art to describe your life?
   
   What will it be? Is life a painting, a macramé hanging, or a sculpture. If you are very young is it undefined? Elderly, is it very intricate painted over again and again? Please share the Art of your Life.

   This is a fun question.  I would like my life to be displayed in either a painting or a sculpture.  I would prefer it to be round as in a wheel or on a canvas that could be turned into a cylinder after it is complete.  I would start with the infinite cosmos, the unknown, the abyss, the big bang, the primordial light. 
   Once it showed the cosmos and an earth my birth would come into the picture.  My life up until now would be detailed, but it could not stop their.  This piece could only be completed after I am dead and I would want it to turn back in on itself, thus showing the cyclic nature of the universe and the birth/death/rebirth cycle of our lives.

   Genre: creative non-fiction, first person narrative (True Story)

   It is a wild true story about my life, my relationship with my father, who passed away resulting from cancer (Luekemia) and Alcoholism in December 2006.
   
   HOW NOT TO LIVE  is a funny, but true story with plenty and heart-break and triumph!

   Can it be spoken art?
   
   I have a play written that expresses my emotional changes and eventual maturity into womanhood.  I am not very good with my hands, but I can create with a pen.
   
   I could not begin to imagine art for my life as a painting or a sculpture.  I cannot think in terms of images.

   I don't think I can create a piece of art to described my life. Each piece of my work is like a drop of water, it is the same water as those in the ocean, lake and river, yet each reflects a different stage, mind-set and season. There may be some consistence but there are not the repetitions as each moment will never repeat itself.

   If a roller coaster is a piece of art, and the creators of them will say they are, then my piece of art would be a roller coaster.  Life with its ups and downs, sometimes sitting on the bottom waiting for it to take off on the wild ride again.  I'd promote my book, but I didn't live life in a nursing home, I simply like to advocate for those who do.  Maybe part of my life would be a carousel too, with all the pretty steeds and the beautiful colors and wonderful music associated with that carousel. We all love those rides yet sometimes, as in the roller coaster, we are scared to death but enjoying it just the same.   Great question.

   Ideally, a Poem would be be my chosen piece of Art to describe my life.
   
   Why ?
   
   Because a Poem can be presented in such a way that is more personal than a painting or  a sculpture and I think the written word leaves a more vivid description of things.
   
   As the saying goes 'the pen is mightier than the sword' :-)

   This question took a bit of thinking! And the picture I see before me is a vulcano! Not that sort of vulcano with constant violent outburst, but more like a quiet vulcano. Living a bit hesitant during childhood, smaller outbreaks in the teens, and then a stronger eruption at twenty years. After each outburst the vulcano changes on the inside and on the outside. Then more quetly rumbling now and then, but still very much alive and with incrediable inner power that can be produced whenever its needed!
