I am curious to know about what time of day do you find best for you to write? Also, do you try to limit distractions when you are creating content? For example, do you shut off your phone, social media, etc?
I find the best time for me is when my emotions are on overload: right after a heatache, a breakup, a sad movie, a nostalgic song, a happy moment, or after reading something inspirational....it is then that the words just flow and all i have to do is pluck them from the sky.
If i try at any other time, i struggle and the words escape me.
