My Life As A Seaglass

As I lie here on the beach under the warm sun,
you may think that my life as a seaglass is as quiet as a church mouse.
On the contratry, my life is exciting as Christmas morning to a child.

I sleep burried in millons of grains of sand each one different then the next.
    Above me seagulls fly.
The sun shines and the rain falls.

The sky shows its magnicifants sunrises and sunsets of all differnt colors blending all around me.

Sometimes after a sunshower a rainbow appears.

People of different nationalitlies come down to pick me up looking at my different shape, sizes searching for that unique color.
The rare piece they find gets placed in their buckets and added to their collection.
Children and grown ups put me into pretty jars, bowls, boxes or
Sometimes artitist will turn me into a piece of work like a frame or mirror.

I can also be seen in a womans ears dangling piereced earrings.

My life as a seaglass gently placed on a beautiful beach different one day to the next; joyful.

Nice poem!  Just remember - seagulls are great shots.  When buried in sand at least have an umbrella overhead.  smile

Jolly, Welcome to HP!  You've done a great job here but it would really work well by copying it into a hub and publishing it so everyone can enjoy it for a long time to come.
