Introducing my new e-book. The Illuminati, Barack Obama, Elizabeth II, and a host of characters will blush

Barack Obama won't like this. I'm expecting to be sued

I've been writing hubs for about two years now and in that time I've accumulated quite a body of writing. I've always envied those brave souls who have had the courage to publish their work in book form. I can wave goodbye to the green eyed monster now because I've just published my first e-book and am writing this little article to introduce it to my friends on this site and, hopefully, through some of you, to a wider world.

My new e-book, The Zombie, The Cat and Barack Obama, was originally serialised on HubPages and some of the chapters will remain on this site. Most of them will be edited however as I want the entire story to be in book form, as was my original intention. The book can be purchased from Amazon and a variety of other online retailers and it is suitable for reading on an e-reader, a PC or mobile phone. I hope thousands will rush out to buy it and it will add to the gaiety of the nations.

The anti-hero of the novella is the cannibalistic, piano-playing zombie Julian Faversham. The book tells the story of his life in Wimbledon and his dastardly plot to assassinate United States President Barack Obama in Buckingham Palace.

The swashbuckling hero is the Cheshire cat of Alice in Wonderland fame. His real history and his intimate connection to President Obama provide some of the most interesting and entertaining chapters in the entire work. Suffice it to say, that there will be red faces and steam issuing from ears in the White House, if the revelations here gain common currency.

It uncovers the big secret that Barack Obama hides from the world, i.e. his real ancestry. He is not Muslim. In fact, he's not fully human, but you need to read the book to find out what he really is. Parts of the novella will be acutely embarrassing to the current President of the United States, but he can take comfort from knowing that he is not the only public figure to be lampooned here. Adolf Hitler and Osama bin Laden take some hits as well.

There is a chapter on the origin of the illuminati and some information on their continuing influence in the world today. The truth here is rather surprising also, as is the real story of how Osama bin laden met his end. The chapter on the death of Adolf Hitler makes enlightening reading also.

The final chapters in this e-book explain the truth about the chemtrails conspiracy, climate change, the global recession and the truth behind the moon landing hoax stories. Needless to say, the real stories here are more interesting, (though a lot wierder than), those you will read about in the mainstream media.

Before I finish, I'd like to thank all my friends here who have encouraged me to continue writing and whose comments have bolstered my confidence when I experienced those moments of self-doubt, that afflict all of us who have the creative urge. Without your constant support and praise, I would never have reached this stage.

Thanks for reading. If you do get the book, you will be guaranteed a chance to laugh at your, so called, betters. Who can resist that?

The title alone, christopher, guarantees a certain degree of hilarity as well as entertaining knowledge. And Barackie didn't even get top billing. Just watch your back, my friend. Can't wait to read this.

Print books sell 1 to 400 or so. eBooks is where the sales are made for us people who have been shunned by the NY ( London?) crowd. You can however go into print at a cost of zero as offered at Createspace. If you decide to do that, I probably could offer a helpful tip or two. Congratulations and it is no suprise that YOU DID IT!

Hi Reynold.

I am thinking about trying Createspace. I'm just not sure about how to use it, or whether they help with distribution with the free package. I shall wait a while, to see how the ebook sells, before trying to get any printed copies.

They don't do anything other than allow book stores all over the world to sell your book. Once you have it there, it will receive world wide distribution. You coulc go to any book store in the world and they would have it in their data base and sell it to anyone who requested it. In that NO PROMOTION is done, the book basically sits on the shelf. It is called " on demand" and each book is printed when someone orders it. I have many books there that have not sold a single copy. I set up Large PRINT books there in the event a reader for it pops up. Cost on all this is zero. IN the event you order a book or so, then you would pay a wholesale price ($4 or $5) + ship fee to obtain a copy. I usually order five copies or so for my local readers in order to make it cost effective. I suggest you jump in and get started. It's a part of the author game now.

They have an office and a telephone number in the UK. I tried them before, but it was difficult to get through. I might try them again in the morning. It would be nice to see it in print.

Forget the call. Go to the website, signup and get started. There is no need to call anyone.

I only need them to reproduce the ebook in print. I dont want a new cover or anything else. I'm registered with them anyway, so it should be pretty simple.
