Poem - A Waterfall of Words
a waterfall of words
I struggle to grab one or two
or a handful now and then
trying to make sense of them
with a few drinks
slipping from my sanity rock
I plunge into a feverish cauldron
boiling me boiling me
words, ideas, poems, - piranha like
I flail my way
only to jump again after a fine specimen of a poem
tickled to the surface trout like
but me, I,
closer to the edge
each sanity rock
buy a book - writers eat too..
