Poem - Bukowski Alley Stroll

meeting a broad shouldered life in the door

I am in retreat

preferring the camouflage of obscurity

to a Bukowski alley stroll

yet in the chaos lobe

I plot genocide daily

and watch with pleasure the torture of myself

fighting stupid alphabet wars

on terrain that changes from dark to light

sometimes I can’t find myself

part of me wanders around

solace from words of diatribe from my past present and future

cajoling me for promised poems
