Letter of apology 2: Apologizing for someone else's mistake
Dear Mr Jowell,
I am writing in response to your letter of June 14 in which your expressed your frustrations in dealing with one of our customer care representatives.
I am truly sorry and apologize for the way you were treated and want to assure you that the treatment your received does not reflect the standards and quality of service that we provide. I have spoken with the customer care representative concerned and am confident that this will not happen again. Letter of apology 3: Apology for a faulty product/problem
Dear Mrs James,
I have just received your letter and I am shocked to learn what happened. We were so confident that our billing system was flawless but as you have pointed out in your letter, we have made an error and we take full responsibility for it.
Please forgive us for this problem and error. I have spoken to the people responsible for correcting the problem and they have assured me that it will not happen again. Meanwhile, we have refunded all your money and look forward to more business from you in the future.
