Seashell Poem

SeaShell
SeaShell

Beautiful Seashell

Here my love, behold this beautiful thing,

A seashell with colorful waves and a unique shape.

Hold close your ear and hear it sing,

Then tell me what message it bring.

I hear a sound of wondrous waves,

I hear a sound of strong wind and rain,

I hear a sound of ships at sail,

I hear a sound of sailors tales,

I hear a sound deep and strong,

I hear a sound of joy and fun,

I hear a sound - at sea is fun.

O beautiful adornment of the sea,

From whence cometh these beautiful colors of thee?

Have sunset clouds cover thee,

And stain thee with divine beams?

SeaShell
SeaShell

Please tell the secrets thou must know,

Of wisdom above and treasures below,

And where are all the hidden pearls.

O natural embellishment of the sea,

What has created thee to be,

Warm, humble, bright, colorful and possess such copious beauty?

Please tell me O beautiful one,

Whisper your hidden secrets to me.

My only wish is to be like thee,

And humble myself before many.
