Treasure Found At An Early Age

True friendships

you'll always be my friend.. You know too much.
you'll always be my friend.. You know too much.

True Friendships.

 To me , dear friend

You always were a rock.

A rock withstanding

every test of time.

You were the beacon

in my darkest night.

Though, cruelest critic

of my every crime.

.................................

You were the warmest glow

Of all my youth.

Tenacious treasure

From a tinsel world.

The depth of feeling

I now hold so dear

Became apparent

As our lives unfurled.

................................

Now, when I think

Of all you meant to me.

Of all the times you

were my comfort, when

I fell, uncertain

Into ventures new,

I know, you now mean more

To me than ever then

Inspired lines as ever, you have the ability in 4 lines to cut to the heart of the matter. You make me want to write more poetry. What more can I say? You mate... Jeff x

Micky said Circle in our Circle and ever since i heard that word,av been trying to figure out the broader meaning of it.I must be honest, your hubs are fascinating and have captivated my inner being, though i have not commented in more than two or so but i have read 30,some twice, trice or thereabout. You see,it is like the chain of love,i will tell you something about it pretty soon but for now, this is what i have to say and it goes to one of dearest friend, not my best friend cos my wife has taken that title so Micky;"I wish we'd grow old friends together,we will hangout and talk and maybe we will even bring our grandchildren along and they will ask, "How long have you been friends?” And we’ll smile and say, “Almost forever."

Hee Hee . You are funny. Sometimes one or two good friends is better than 100 semi- friends.

Hope someone can help you move the rocks from your driveway.
