Yippeeee! My very first blog!
Well, I decided to jump in and start my own blog. It seems I always have too much to say on my social networking sites, so I've decided to make a place where I can put my feet up and talk about anything to anyone that will listen (read).
I'm in my mid 30's (and always will be) and live in New Jersey. Now I know what you're thinking... JERSEY SHORE. Let's get one thing straight. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE I know or have even come across in my lifetime has even resembled ANYTHING like the people on the MTV show Jersey Shore. I'm embarrassed that this is how people now portray us from Jersey. These people are mostly from NEW YORK or North Jersey, which by the way, to us southern NJ'ers, we consider North Jersey a whole other state. I JUST started watching this season ONLY to see what all the hype was about. I do find it amusing that these people go on there and act the way they do. I am enjoying people acting like morons. I'm ashamed of myself. HOWEVER, not even half as ashamed as their parents must be. Ok, enough of that for now, but you can probably guarantee you'll see another rant in another hub about it.
Things I will be blogging about... my kids - how much I love them and at the same time how much they get on my nerves, and most of all, all the funny stuff they do or say. They range in age from 5 - 18, so I always have something to say about them. Somehow my misery makes others chuckle. If I can make 1 person laugh a day, even at my own expense, it makes me happy.
Of course, I'll talk about myself and my fiance', (and how much HE gets on my nerves, he finds ways to do THE stupidest things)
My work at home job, how I want to make more money, but never do anything about it.
My favorite books that I've read, plan to read, or am in the process of reading and where to find the best deals on the books I recommend. I'll tell you right now, my favorite Author at the moment is and thought it was fabulous, so much so that I could barely put it down. I have a few favorite quotes I love from her books and I also have some issues with her books, but love her all the same. Nineteen Minutes
There is sooooo much more I want to go over and talk about, but for soome reason the people in my house expect me to get off the computer and make dinner! Imagine that! The nerve of them! Speaking of... I've been thinking... I want to invent a device that can allow me to keep my laptop on me at all times, wouldn't that be FABULOUS? Standing at the stove stirring something, you'll never have to worry about what you are missing out on online. Just add a neck strap and tray that I could attach to my laptop and I am pretty sure I would get a lot more done around the house, much quicker! Now you KNOW thats a great idea! :)
Well, Im off for now, however with my obsession (usually short term) I seem to develop with new things, I'll probably be back in 5 minutes to add something else.
Ok, see... told you I would be back! I made a half decent cheap dinner that I have to remind myself to post the recipe. It fed 4 of us, for about $7.00 AND it was a one pot wonder at that! .... AND it took less than 30 minutes to prepare and cook!
Now for those of you visiting (yeah, I've seen that a few have stopped by already, glad to have you here and hope to see you again!) Leave me some comments and let me know how this "Blogging" works... for every new subject I have, do I start a new HUB? If I have something to add to something I've already talked about or posted, do I go back to that one and add more there, or start another HUB?
Don't forget to stop in at DiscoveringDeals and see if you can find any goodies!

I will start out by saying that I have the WORST credit. I mean, it's REALLY bad. There are many reasons for it happening and it happened all within 6 months time and it just kept going down from there. So, now I'm back...
