Buy Touchless Electronic Faucet for Your Home Online. Touch Free Faucets.

Why would you consider a touch-free faucet for your home?

Most of public rest rooms are equipped with touch free electronic faucets, automatic faucets- in airports, in hospitals and clinics, in big malls, in restaurants. In most of public bathrooms you will see automatic faucets. It is made for convenience but more for hygiene of a big flow of people. I am sure that whenever you see a touch free automatic faucet you marvel on it and think, that it would be nice to have an automatic faucet like this in your bathroom at home.

The truth is, touch free electronic faucet can be used in a residential bathroom as well and more and more homes install this type of equipment.

  • It is convenient, especially for those times when your hands are dirty, soapy, etc. You just don't want to touch a faucet with these dirty hands. Here comes handy a touch free automatic faucet.
  • It is hygienic – it helps to prevent the spread of germs. You don't want to get back the germs from the faucet knob while closing the water flow after you washed your hands. Here again an automatic faucet comes very handy.
  • It has automatic temperature and flow control.
  • It saves money and water, as it reduces unnecessary water waste during hand washing. Especially it is a money saver with those who forgets to close the water flow.
  • Complies to ADA standards for people with disabilities
  • Modernizes and enhances the look of your restroom. Touch free electronic faucet will impress any guest in your house.

Residential automatic bathroom faucets don't seem so popular as commercial automatic touch free faucets used in public bathrooms. It is very strange thinking about all the advantages automatic bathroom faucets may bring into residential use.

Still, there is a variety of brands that suggest touchless electronic faucets for residential bathrooms. Some very famous brands turned their attention to manufacturing automatic bathroom sink faucets for residential bathrooms because they see a potential in this.

Grohe bathroom sink automatic faucets and Kohler bathroom sink touch free electronic faucets might be pricy, but they have very sophisticated design. MAC Automatic Touchless Faucets are much cheaper but look no less sophisticated.

Solving the problem the easy way.

We had to install a touch free electronic bathroom sink faucet for my mother's bathroom some time ago.

In our personal case an automatic faucet saves lots of water and thus, it saves lots of money, as my 82 year old mother used to leave water in her bathroom sink running (she was just forgetting to close the faucet) and water was running and running for hours. It made us to install a touch less faucet in her bathroom.

People sometimes paraphrase an Arab proverb and say, "If Mohammed won't come to the mountain, the mountain must come to Mohammed", meaning that if something cannot or will not happen the easy way, then sometimes it must be done the hard way.

In the case with my mother, we had it the classic way: "if the mountain won't come to Mohammed, Mohammed must go to the mountain", since it was much easier to solve the problem by installing an automatic bathroom sink faucet, than arguing with Mom about her forgetfulness.

If you have little kids in the house, then installing a touch less faucet would be a good idea too.

Kids don’t really like to wash their hands. Does it sound familiar to you? You have to remind the kids many times that they should wash their hands. Not with touch free faucet in their bathroom. You won’t have to remind them to wash their hands after they use the bath room. They will run to their bathroom sink to use their automatic touch free faucet. Their friends will do the same.

Automatic bathroom faucet is so convenient that it will even encourage family members to wash their hands more often. In the nearest future many home owners will be installing electronic touch free faucets in residential bathrooms  .

You will find a nice variety of suggestions to consider. Please, take a close look at all automatic facets below.

you make a good point! :) my grandma is 80 years old and has dementia - she has a habit of forgetting a lot of things. she lives on her own still. however, I think that this would not only help a lot of older people like her but anyone in general. :)

Sounds like a cool gadget to have in the house. Never thought of that before. Thanks for the information, now, maybe, we will consider that when we next relocate.

Thank you for all of you who visited and commented.

save my system, I love it too!

Lily Rose, you can find quite affordable touch free faucets in the market. My item from MAC cost around $170 with all additions (adaptor, plate). Not saying about how it saves water for us now!

stricktlydating, these faucets are just finding their way to residential homes. Some manufactures consider that people are not ready yet to buy them for their homes because of the bulky design of these faucets.

Carol, thank you for dropping by. I just love this automatic touch less faucet in my mom's bathroom. What's funny, when in the kitchen, sometimes my mother puts her hands under the kitchen faucet and waits for water to come automatically. Then she laughs at herself. You get used to something convenient so fast.
