The toilet is the common place where clogs occur.

One can observe that it is clogged if after continuous flushing, the object is still there persistent in staying there.

It may be caused by a buildup of waste matter or somebody flushed an object in the toilet.

The first thing to do is used a plunger but if yields negative results then it’s time to contact a plumber.

Another common problem involves sinks and faucets, either they are clogged or they are leaking.

Usually the cause is a bad seal or broken gasket, it can be easily replaced.

Chemicals and solutions are employed against slow draining sinks.

These types of chemical solutions are available online or any hardware store.

During extreme temperatures, one should be prepared for creaking and bursting pipes.

Hot water that runs in the pipes and heats up the material causes slight expansion of the pipe and makes it contract, hence the creaking sound.

Burst pipes happen in locations where there is extreme coldness, it also makes the pipes to expand and contract but this time it can make the pipes burst and cause flooding.

Common plumbing problems may be easy but one should be fully equipped to handle them.

So do not even think about getting the tools and disassembling anything if you do not know what you are doing. Better call a plumber for guaranteed positive results.
