A Fun Gift
You may be asking what is this? My sweet mother-in-love surprised me with this gift. I was not impressed at the time, but now I would not want to be without it! My plastic drain board has been replaced!
This mat absorbs excess water from your dishes and serves as a place for dishes to dry! It is much more appealing to the eye than my old moldy piece of plastic called a drain board. Just throw it in the wash for cleaning!
I often place my dish rack on top of the polyester pad when washing dishes! It won't leave puddles or drips on the counter. When cleaning up after a major dinner, several pads can be placed on the counter while your helpers grab a dishrag to help dry the dishes.

I was perfectly content with my white drying mat until I discovered a more fun print in the grocery store recently. It adds personality to my kitchen and serves as a conversation piece, I am currently searching local stores for more fun prints to add to my collection! The newest style of mat is a reversible design, making the selection process more fun! Did I mention that the price for a drying mat in some locations is less than $5.00?
it's a great idea to have more than one drying pad. While one is in the wash, the other mat is available! Follow the cleaning directions that come with the mat. If you don't have one of these kitchen helps, get one soon! Cleaning a plastic drain or using a dish cloth on your counter is not acceptable! Let me know if you enjoy this addition to your kitchen!
