When I read the title of your hub I cringed a little, but I was pleasantly surprised with what you wrote and the types of mats you highlighted.

The reason I why I cringed is I was expecting to read about rugs that were about colour and texture more so than being beneficial. Thanks for writing about mats that are good for standing and working and not just looking good.

Thanks so much for your very informative descriptions. I need some mats for my mom for her birthday this month, and, unfortunately, none of these seem to fit the bill. I need something inexpensive, will not slide all over the linoleum, and will catch dirt and pet hair. Any suggestions?
