Chandelier: Gold Murano Crystal Italian Venetian Glass Chandeliers: Compare

A gold Murano glass chandelier is a magnificent focal point for your dining room, living room or hallway, with expensive décor. Venetian chandeliers of gold glass from Murano, Italy, are top quality glass chandeliers, unsurpassed on the market.

Murano is an island just off the coast of Italy close to the port of Venice. Venetian glassmakers' have been making the best glass products since the 10th century. To ensure the safety of Venice and its mainly wooden buildings, the glass foundries were relocated to Murano in 1291 to remove the fear of fire and destruction.

Quality glassmaking has been a monopoly for Murano’s glassmakers for centuries. Many noted glass artist's studios and a large number of glass factories are now located on Murano.

Danielli Murano Glass Chandeliers

These light fixtures are from the Danielli Collection.

Unfortunately all the pictures given by Amazon are for the same chandelier.

The first Danielli 6-light Murano glass chandelier in gold / red finish is believed to be 29.5" high, 33.5" diameter.

Unfortunately all the description are the same so the first and second Danielli 12-light, and the second 6-light, Murano glass chandelier in gold / red finish do not have credible descriptions so, should you be interested in these chandeliers you will need to confirm the specifications.

I had no idea that that these existed. I just learned about Murano glass and I thought it was primarily for small pieces such as decorative arts and jewelry. Beautiful pieces you highlighted - thank you!
