Heart , and breathing problems are not easy. Often I lay in bed , and nearly black out from coughing hard. What damaged my lungs was exposure to chemicals. Twice I prevented major explosions therefore a refinery was not blown to bits. The price of saving lives is dear if it involves volatile chemical on fire. Exposure to certain chemicals can damage the lungs, and other organs.
When I was younger , security was my choice of work because of police experience. There were times when I guarded the most dangerous area of a nuclear facility. Once I saved a refinery from explosions by running to a burning eighteen wheeler filled with fuel. I kept tossing buckets of water on massive flames while calling fire fighters.
I once received commendations from security supervisors , for finding a busted fuel valve during a rain , and lightning storm.
I have no regrets , for performing my duties even though I sometimes wish I could simply die, but I believe in God so I do my best to avoid negative thinking.
I like to work. I enjoy cutting grass, carpentry, and painting. I find it very hard to fight feelings of fatigue. After breakfast I want to sleep if I can. I wish I could do more tasks to help my family.
I pray often when I cough too much. I always ask God to help me because I want to live in order to help my wife, and daughter as long as I can. I love to also pray, for our country, the United States of America. California is one of our many beautiful states , and I pray , for rain to replenish it's beauty. I always pray , for the safety of our country when weather is not good.
My body goes threw many kinds of unusual changes. I must be determined to resist weaknesses.
