The bottom line is asking prices in Henderson Nevada for homes are far in excess of what the market can deliver.

So I you are looking for a home in Henderson and are a qualified buyer do NOT jump the gun, and do not believe what Realtors tell you. Trust me on this I’ve dealt with them and the Realtors are completely out of touch and only interested in their own commissions. If you get them in the back room and talk shop they will openly admit the market is still on it’s way down and will be for some time.
