Source

Deciding to start a homestead off-the-grid, or even semi-off-the-grid takes a lot of time and research, along with meticulous planning. You can't just pack up and start building on remote piece of land and expect it to work.

Recently, my wife and I have decided that homesteading is something we would like to explore as a housing option in the future. To that end, I've been putting together a list of websites and resources that have proven helpful in my own research.
