Update

So I'm officially out of the house, (sob, just kidding). I'm still hanging around town, waiting for all lose ends to be tied up. Even though I've been out for almost two months, I'm still getting use to a forty year change in life's everyday occurrences. I still find myself falling into the old habits, like turning down the same old streets, trying to live in my temporary abode the same as I did in my past home. This is really strange, but I'm getting use to it.

Now, I'm not going to sit here and pretend this is easy. You don't let go of something you've done for over 40 years, and not feel some emotion, so I'm enormously emotional at times, but excited, nevertheless, about the new phase of my life. I get through this with the thought that if I wasn't able to handle it, I wouldn't have been given it. This is humbling to say the least, although I didn't think I needed to be humbled, just goes to show you don't know yourself as well as you think you do.

I started this article so long ago I don't know where I was going with it. Anyway I'm going to attempt to finish it today. It will be short and sweet, in an effort to release it before I leave my present location. Speaking of leaving, I will be leaving Friday, July 29.

My Temporary Itinerary

I hope to be in Phoenix on Saturday for a few days, hopefully seeing and doing some interesting things. I will be visiting my son and a few friends. While there I'll take pictures and share them in my next hub. After leaving Phoenix I'll give an update. Just a hint, I'll be in and around Dallas/Fort Worth area, I'll also be passing through Chicago, D.C, ending in Atlanta for my first leg, but more about that later.

I feel so rusty, as I've not written anything since my last hub, (I Lost My Home To Foreclosure). So please forgive me if I ramble a bit, I'll have to get back in the swing of things. I plan to detail my last few months in a future hub, so stay tuned. This article is just to let all who cares know that I'm still among the living, (smile).

I'll Be Back Soon

So I'll be closing this hub for now, please check back soon for future updates.
