"The American Institute for Cancer Research reported that high heat grilling and broiling causes red meat, poultry and fish to produce higher levels of cancer causing compounds. The Internationally renowned Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories found the same results with high heat cooking.
The NuWave is different because it uses safe infrared technology to cook food faster and thoroughly without generating the high heat that triggers an unhealthy result. The NuWave Oven Pro requires no fats or oils for cooking poultry, meats, pork, and more, making it the ultimate all-purpose oven for anyone wanting to prepare healthy, delicious meals."
My Best Investment In Years
I just want to add that I purchased a NuWave Infrared oven, several months ago and couldn't be more pleased. It cooks everything so fast and thoroughly. The best part is the food taste like you spent hours upon hours preparing it.
I use my microwave to re-warm foods, but I've never liked the taste achieved from actually cooking the food in the microwave. When I cook in the NuWave oven, it taste like true oven baked, broiled and roasted. I like the fact that you can cook your meat and side dishes together and it never heats the kitchen like a conventional oven does. I prefer to use my NuWave oven instead of my conventional oven for preparing most of my meals.
The NuWave has even more features than I mentioned here, but these are the ones I use most often. I have to say, the NuWave oven is the best investment in kitchen equipment I have made in many years.
