Bradford Pear Tree (Pyrus calleryana Dcne) spring blossoms and autumn beauty -- pictures

Bradford Pear Trees are first to bloom bringing a welcome bit of beauty after a long winter.

These hardy trees are very popular because they are so beautiful and fast growing.  They have a nice shape and really add a lot of beauty to any landscape.

This is a very popular and beautiful ornamental tree. The blossoms are so beautiful especially up close.

Late summer, early fall the tree is loaded with tiny little pears. After the frost it is a feast for the birds.

Autumn has its last blaze of color with the Bradford Pear Tree. They are last to turn color and last to drop their leaves -- no wonder they are so popular
