About the Community Amenities
The Teravista Golf Club is an 18-hole public golf course with daily fees. There is a golf pro shop and a café where you can enjoy lunch at the Caldwell Café.
The historical 150-year-old Ranch house can be reserved for meetings, events, and weddings
The Wildflower Park is located on 1000 Wildflower Park Dr, offers a pool, walking trails with a pond and amphitheater. There is a 24-hour fitness center and indoor and outdoor reservable areas or parties and events.
Parks and trails are located throughout the community many featuring playscapes, ponds, park benches, pavilions and landscaped trails that wind around and throughout the neighborhood and greenbelts.
The fitness centers are open 24 hours 7 days a week and are ONLY available to Teravista residents and their guests. Children under 16 must have an adult supervision.
The pooch parlor is a great doggie wash station and is open 24 hours
When fishing at the ponds please keep in mind that this is a catch and release pond, and you must have a fishing license in order to partake in this relaxing sport. There is no fishing allowed on the golf course ponds. There are 6 ponds located throughout the community: Wildflower Park Pond, Fairway Path Pond, Arbor Lake Pond, Green Tree Pond, Scenic Lake Pond, & Coach Light Pond.
