Yes, a "tad" pricey for just a single bedroom apartment but the builders seem to think it's well worth the money. Why? Because the house contains super high quality stuff; interiors look heavenly. All the furniture within are from the luxury brand Cecotti Collezioni whereas the La Cornue brand of kitchen appliances adorn the kitchen. The famous Japanese artist Hiroshi Senju has worked on the various paintings showcased on the walls of this super expensive house. Those shoe enthusiasts out there would like to know that this house comes with a storage unit that is big enough to store around 200 shoes. The flooring, the walls are of Italian make. Other specials include a massive courtyard, a Parisian style terrace which overlooks the lovely Arisugawa park giving you a wholesome lovely view, a gourmet kitchen to name a few.

This is a beautiful place. Recently my friend brought one BHK in outer delhi. It is about 180 Sq ft ( right one hundred and eighty) and totally raw with no fitting, no paint , not even any electrical or bathroom or kitchen fitting. It costed about 50,000 USD. So if you think it this way, then 4500sq ft in posh Delhi with all the facilities it has, it might cost much more here. Though it was very beautiful house and really loved pics.. voted it up

I wonder if those with big pockets would want to splurge so much on a 1 BHK apartment. They must really not know what to do with their wealth then.
