What are the best tools/devices to rid a home of cat hair?

How do you diminish the pet hair that seems to be ever present no matter how much you vacuum or dust or brush the furniture?

Will have to look that one up as I am not familiar with the "furminator." Thanks Rosie!

What a great tip. Thanks! Will check it out. Brewer's yeast also has B vitamins...so probably good for cats as well.

I have heard very good things about Dyson vacuum cleaners. Perhaps when the 2 Oreck vacuum cleaners "bite the dust" (is there a pun there? :)) we will have to consider purchasing a Dyson. Thanks!

That would be a trick! Cats go pretty much anywhere they wish. They have us trained pretty well as their staff after this length of time. Ha!

Getting rid of our pets is not an option. They are our loving companions and add much fun and laughter into our lives...and oh yes...cat hair plus dog hair (from the dog). We wear our cat hair proudly! Haha!
